Catch of the year

The best animated shorts from all over the world compete for our KLIK Awards (aka Frankies). These carefully curated shorts range from grimy, trippy & sexy to cute and heartwarming. If there’s an overarching theme it’s that we selected the best of what the animation world has to offer this year, including genres and techniques that will dazzle across the board.

VR shorts

Buckle your seatbelts friends, because these VR shorts will blow. your. mind. This year we're presenting six different VR projects. For 5,- you can get your ticket and time-slot at the KLIK desk.

Artists in Focus

Confirmed speakers include Nora Twomey (Cartoon Saloon), Faiyaz Jafri, and Aya Suzuki.

Theme programme - State of Mind

This year, KLIK dives introspectively, taking a look at the wondrous worlds of the mind. Emotional states, attitudes, temperaments, dreams, meditation, drugs, mental disorders, as well as animal minds are all represented in this year’s set of curated films. As a result, KLIK hopes to spark conversations and understanding for different perspectives and perceptions of the world.

KLIK specials

Prepare yourself for a double whammy of Midnight Madness, daily workshops with the Cardboarders, curated programs by our partners (Cartoon Network, British Film Institute, Visegrad Animation Forum, Association française du cinéma d'animation) & the KLIK KLIK BOOM that you will NOT want to tell your grandchildren about.

KLIK industry events

Our KLIK Industry Events aim to inspire professionals ranging from junior to senior.
