Loving Vincent
The circumstances of Vincent van Gogh’s death are still a mystery. Was it suicide, an act of despair? Or was it an accident, maybe even murder? Loving Vincent, the first fully painted animated feature film, tries to unravel the secret in this fictitious story revolving around Armand Roulin, the son of Van Gogh’s postman, who travels to Auvers to talk with the significant persons in the tragic painter’s life.
