Béla Tarr’s seven-and-a-half hour magnum opus is a symphony in black and white, a masterpiece of visual narrative. Sátántangó (based on a novel by László Krasznahorkai) follows the inhabitants of a Hungarian village after the fall of communism.

There are two breaks during the screening:  from 13.16 till 13.30 and from 15.35 till 16.00.
