Visages, Villages

Filmmaker and photographer Agnès Varda (The Gleaners and IThe Beaches of Agnès) is a grande dame of French cinema. She also forms a unique duo together with JR, a wayward artist with a huge imagination. Varda is now in her eighties, JR in his mid-thirties. Their mindsets come together in Faces, Places. The two artists are guided by serendipity, passion and intuition.
