About the Film Player

With the Eye Film Player, Eye presents highlights from the film collection to a wide audience. You will find high-profile documentaries and films, such as Ulrich Seidl's Paradies trilogy; Dutch feature films, including films by Frans Weisz, Alex van Warmerdam and Pim de la Parra, international film classics by Tarkovsky and James Ivory; monthly new compilations with images from the silent film collection, including early color films, historical travel films, and films from the Desmet collection. Much of the selection is nowhere else to be seen online.
