Tokyo, 2019. An enormous explosion has laid to waste the mega-metropolis and rivalling biker gangs rule the streets. Motor devils Tetsuo and Kaneda stand their own in their battle with the Clowns gang: Tetsuo has a destructive talent he can”t control – the military and science turn him into the perfect destruction machine able to annihilate Neo Tokyo. The film will be introduced by Badlands curator Xiang Yu Yeung.
