Pelle is an unremarkable, ordinary twelve-year old. Secretly in love with Amanda from his toddling days, she doesn’t even notice him. While he doesn’t seem to exist for her, the two class bullies have made him their special target. One day when they’re hounding Pelle as usual, he escapes into the garden of a spooky house, where he’s bitten by an ant.
Based on the children”s book of the same name by Danish author Kenneth Bøgh Andersen.
