Wes Anderson is once more at his very best in this offbeat tragicomedy about Royal Tenenbaum (Gene Hackman), a successful lawyer with three prodigy children. Chas is a teenage investment genius, Richie is a junior tennis champion and precocious Margot writes an award-winning play. Royal”s sudden desertion of his family ushers in years of betrayal and failure that will mark the Tenenbaums for life.
The cast includes some of Wes Anderson”s favourite actors: Owen and Luke Wilson, Bill Murray, Anjelica Huston and Seymour Cassel. Also starring Gwyneth Paltrow, Danny Glover and Ben Stiller. The voice-over is by Alec Baldwin.
feng suave
Last December Feng Suave performed to a packed Paradiso Noord. This summer they will play at Best Kept Secret, Oerol and Welcome to the Village. The psycho pop pair from Amsterdam launched a few tracks on the Internet at the end of 2017 that created an immediate buzz. The Feng Suave sound is made up of balmy synths, lo-fi percussions, relaxed vocals and swaying, supple guitars.
