Edward, a gay writer about to go on a publicity tour of America, is suddenly confronted with having to care for four elderly ladies: the mothers of his gay friends, and his own mother. Witty, heartwarming portrait of the mother-son relationship.
Edward is taking care of his elderly mother while about to break through as a writer. As the pressure of an impending book tour builds, his friends fly out to the Canary Islands for a spontaneous Pride holiday. Before leaving, they dump their aged mothers with Edward too.
