An evening bursting with hip hop: Bram van Splunteren, director of the incomparable documentary on New York’s hip hop scene Big Fun in The Big Town (1986), talks with Reguillo Wijngaarde, founder of Da Bounce Urban Film Festival, about how hip hop and hip hop culture are reflected in film. Followed by the raw urban drama Juice (1992), starring hip hop legend Tupac Shakur in the lead role.
