Filmmaker Mei Liu’s lecture performance weaves together documentary materials, collected dreams, playful speculative fiction and personal reflections into an unexpected storytelling performance.

This lecture performance is one of the outputs from her 2-year artistic research ‘Homesick for Another World’, apart from her speculative fiction feature film in development, and a ‘expanded screenplay’ multi-media installation (viewable at Netherlands Film Academy, Studio 5).
