Children might not know exactly how the world works, but they often sense more keenly than adults how it could be made a better place. This year, IDFA Junior presents four classics, the young protagonists in which show us that imagination, persistence, and enthusiasm—along with vulnerability—can be powerful instruments. Their stories are an ode to curiosity and courage—to big dreams in an at times difficult world. Come and see A Home for Lydia, The Man Who Can, My Happy Complicated Family, and Skip and the Rhythm Rangers. With NOS Jeugdjournaal children’s news presenter Bart Tuinman.

IDFA Junior is for children aged 9+ (and their companions). Tickets cost €10 each.

Ticket sales for (Special) Friends start on Wednesday, October 15 at 12:00 p.m. and for the general audience on Friday, October 17 at 12:00 p.m.

  • IDFA2025 Skip and the Rhythm Rangers

    Skip and the Rhythm Rangers
