Imagine - Workshop Worldbuilding

Middle-earth, Earthsea, Caprica – fantasy worlds have always been a part of fantastic fiction and got embellished with a complete geography, history and their own native language and alphabet. You can create that kind of artificial world for yourself as well. During this workshop, run by production designer Romke Faber, you will gather information in words and images of a world that has up until now been unknown to humanity. You are, as it were, an anthropologist immersing yourself in an as yet unknown civilisation. You will collect your findings from this world in one of the bottles floating around EYE in the river IJ.
