Jacco Gardner scores: Faust
Murnau’s adaptation of the well-known German folk tale about an elderly professor who sells his soul to the devil in exchange for youth. Multi-instrumentalist Jacco Gardner wrote a new score for this film on behalf of the Cinématèque française in 2017. This extraordinary show now finally premieres in the Netherlands as part of Eye on Sound’s Pop! programme.
