Jesper Just - Choreographing the Soft Matter
A special evening devoted to This Nameless Spectacle, a film by the Danish artist Jesper Just, who is currently the subject of an exhibition in EYE. There’s no escaping the sense of voyeurism in this film – a feeling that is as intimate as it is uncomfortable. Curator Nina Folkersma explores Just’s work in greater detail.

From 16 December 2017 to 11 March 2018, Eye presented an exhibition devoted to the Danish artist Jesper Just (Copenhagen, 1974). Just created an international stir with cinematographic works in which he explores gender, desires, relations and identity in a refined visual idiom.
