Five Colombian teenagers want to start a new life, away from the violence and poverty they grew up in. With dreamy, surreal images of this country in transition, from the bustling streets of Medellín to the mist-topped Andes mountains.
Rá is one of the many displaced persons roaming the streets of the city of Medellín. Thanks to a chance sequence of events, he manages to escape this existence. The government has decided to give back a plot of land that had been confiscated from his grandmother, as part of a policy to help people like Rá. Though it took years, such a legal victory feels like just the spark of hope Rá needs to start a new life.
