Cinedans 2026 Shorts 5 In Between Me You

Shorts 5: In Between Me & You

Cinedans 2026: Shorts 5: In Between Me & You

These films explore the dynamics of duets, human and sometimes more-than-human, shaped by closeness and distance, togetherness and separation.

Moving through tenderness and rupture, intimacy becomes the means through which dance unfolds. A collection of films in which connection is created through both movement and pause.

The International Short Film Competition brings together the best and most recent dance films from around the world, with 29 films from 26 countries competing for the Cinedans Jury Award and the Cinedans Encouragement Award.

The program is accompanied by a Q&A with the makers present.
