After moving to a provincial town, lazy tax inspector Emerenziano Paronzini attracts the attentions of the wealthy Tettamanzi sisters; Paronzini marries one of them and is assured of a life of ease: his every whim and fancy is catered for and he enjoys erotic relations with all three sisters. When the housekeeper also falls for Paronzini, his happiness becomes even more compete, or so it seems…
