VERS is a platform for and by image-makers starting out on their careers. They have curated an evening with guests around the question of how women and female sexuality is presented in Dutch cinema during the period from the Baby Boomers up to Generation Z. Followed by feature film Zusje.
The body of the woman on the silver screen has been widely viewed and discussed. But who is this woman really? And what does she herself have to say about this? During the program Who is she? we will discuss the role of women in Dutch visual culture with three generations of actresses.
