In 2035, advertisers invade people’s dreams, which forces the government to tax the latter. Taxman James Preble travels to Arabella Isadora’s eccentric home to value her dreams. While exploring her subconscious that is stored on an enormous collection of VHS tapes, he falls head over heels in love.
