This witty coming-of-age film sees four teenage girls from Singapore become a secret gang as they rebel against a country that banned chewing gum and feeding pigeons. The rebellious outsiders play hard and fast with the rules in their overregulated world.

That offers possibilities! In Singapore, 16-year-old school dropout Choo returns to the extremely competitive, elitist Chinese girls’ school to pass her finals. Her small rebellions against the tyrannical teachers attract three other outsiders, Vanessa, Gina and Sofia. When Choo tells them about the spirit in her room they decide to use a camcorder to gather evidence.
