On 30 October 2015, a fire at the Colectiv night club in Bucharest claimed 28 victims. In the days and weeks that were to follow, a further 37 of the 180 injured died from bacterial infections. This was not a terrible coincidence. The documentary Collective reveals how a pharmaceutical company could do as it pleased as corrupt government agencies and hospital managers turned a blind eye.
