An older actress (Monique van de Ven) arrives at her holiday home in Bretagne to prepare for a new film role. She’s brought scrapbooks full of memories with her; a useful guide to a career spanning more than fifty films.
One day, a young cyclist arrives at the house of this ‘Monique’. They enter into conversation; the young man is curious, he challenges the actress to delve deeper into her past.
After the première screening (Thursday 18 September) there will be a Q&A with Claire Pijman and Monique van de Ven, moderated by film journalist Dana Linssen.
