12-year-old Nina wants to be an author. She discovers that her own life has become a book and that everyone around her are characters in it. Adaptation of the eponymous book by Annet Huizing, winner of the Zilveren Griffel 2015.
Nina (12) lives with her father an animation director and her little brother. Although she lost her mother early on in life, she is averse to people who feel sorry for her – she’s of the opinion that she’s fine. Nina wants to become ab author and turns to a neighbour Lidia, a real author with author’s block. Lidia agrees to help Nina in exchange for some help in the garden.
