Cato Kusters’ feature film debut is about the love between Fleur and Julian. As an ode to love, the two want to marry in all 22 countries that recognise non-heterosexual marriage. However, their tour comes to a painful halt. The Dardenne brothers acted as co-producers for this film.
It was love at first glance for Fleur (Nina Meurisse) and Julian (Laurence Roothooft). The two are mad about each other so why not get married straight away too? And, if love between two women should be celebrated, why not do so in every country that recognises non-heterosexual marriage?
