Tierra del Fuego, 1901. Wild West capitalist Don José Menéndez wants a passage to the Atlantic Ocean for his herds of sheep. Three men will set off on an expedition to fence off land and ensure that the native inhabitants, the ‘indígenas’, no longer eat the sheep, as Don José claims.

Pre-film

Before the screening of Los Colonos, you will see the short film Black Thunder from Eye's Short Film Pool. In this 5-minute animated film by Udo Prinsen, a strange horse blows into a western town in the dusty mid-west of America.
