A concert pianist’s ultimate nightmare is to lose both hands! In this silent film classic, Orlac receives new hands from an executed murderer after an accident. Accompanied by live music. The concert pianist on stage Alexandre Tharaud will play what the pianist on screen plays live.

From the moment Orlac receives a murderer’s hands as a transplant, the foreign body parts take on a gruesome life of their own. To underline the plot twists, none other than French master pianist Alexandre Tharaud will provide a live score for the film on the big screen.
