Italy, around 1900. Deeply religious Agata departs for a chapel in the mountains where miracles are said to happen. On her back her stillborn baby who – according to the priest – will be condemned to remain in limbo because it never lived. Laura Samani’s feature film debut is a grand film about grieving set in the Italian and Slovenian mountains.
