The Brutalist
Brady Corbet / GB, US, HU, 2024 / 215 min.

Star turn for Adrien Brody in this homage to modernism in architecture and the clash between architectural ideals and American style capitalism. A 70mm presentation or on DCP. When Tóth arrives in the US in 1947 his future looks bleak. Most of his family were exterminated in the camps and he also has no idea whether his wife Erzsébet (Felicity Jones) will be able to join him.
