When you watch a film, you see a lot of pictures, one after another. And the credits tell you everyone who worked on the film. So read them carefully.

But, with lots and lots of the films the filmmuseum has, it isn’t clear at all who made the film, or which country it comes from. Or how old it is. And the people who work at Eye want to know this.

One of these film specialists is Elif. Sometimes, she has to work like a detective to try to find out the name of the director and in which country the film was made.

Sometimes, the answers to these questions are hidden in the films. This is what we will be looking for in this workshop. Afterwards, as a newly qualified film detective, you get to take a certificate to take home!
