Workshop: Maak je eigen caleidoscoop
Rolling beads, glitter, light & rotate! Discover the world of shapes and colours and create a cool light show with your own kaleidoscope.
During this workshop the children make their own kaleidoscope and learn how this optical device creates ever-new, symmetrical patterns through light, rotation and reflection. After the children have made their own kaleidoscope they will experiment with them on the big screen: they will film the inside of the kaleidoscope thereby creating a colourful, wondrous film!
Practical information
The workshop is intended for children between the ages of 6 and 12, supervising adults are welcome and pay no fee, but do not have to come. The workshop costs €7.50 and €1.50 with the Stadspas (green dot). We recommend reserving in advance to avoid disappointment.
