  In 2020, Sanyi the rooster escapes from the market in the Hungarian town Békéscsaba. For over four years, he has lived like a king on the town square, cherished by the locals as a symbol of hope.   At the start of the holiday, eleven-year-old Billie is thrilled to finally spend some time with her mother, Estella, a busy hotel owner.
