In Bed with Madonna follows the latter as she tours the USA, Japan and Europe: a tightly orchestrated look behind the scenes. Concert footage alternates with interviews, Madonna’s father and brothers appear, dancers and background singers exchange the latest gossip and on stage, everyone is working their socks off: the organised chaos of a tour.
