The Leftovers is a poetic post-apocalyptic work about two performers that are captured in separate rooms. They can observe each other, but cannot hear nor speak with each other. An invisible character seems to control them, read their minds, and experiment with them. With this film Antonin Rioche wants to investigate the subject of artificial intelligence in relation to human feeling.
