They are known as ‘The Bitches of Eastwick’, these three outsiders at a high school in Los Angeles. Newcomer teen Sarah (Robin Tunney), who’s just moved to the area, attracts the attention of the three would-be witches. Each of them is marked by literal or metaphorical scars: Nancy (Fairuza Balk), Rochelle (Rachel True) and Bonnie (Neve Campbell), an insecure teen who has been badly burned. Sarah – a real witch – joins their secret circle of outcasts.
