At the festival, Cinedans will organise a number of viewing sessions in which one specific dance film will be examined and discussed. How do
you look at a dance film and how do you talk about it? In a small group,
you will analyse a film from our festival programtogether.
Michal Butink, founder of Beeldmakers and experienced VTS facilitator coach and trainer, will lead the discussions. Experience with dance film is not necessarily required to participate. The starting point is the desire to stop at what you see, to wonder and to investigate.
VTS has been successfully implemented by art institutes worldwide for decades.
