The archival loans department lends out treasures from Eye’s renowned collection to film festivals and museums around the world. Whether you’re looking for beautiful restorations of early films, film footage of Amsterdam, or corporate films, the archival loans department gladly accepts requests from film festivals, programmers, museums, and international film archives.
To borrow archival materials, special conditions apply. If Eye is not the copyright holder of the film or other materials that you request, then you need to settle the copyright issues with the copyright holders themselves.
Please note that during busy periods our response to your request may take a week; the realization of any application for archive material will take at least six weeks.
