Dolemite + Akwasi

Double bill of Dolemite Is My Name (2019) and Dolemite (1975). With the desire to offer makers with special stories a platform, Akwasi started broadcasting ZWART together with director Gianni Grot. An aspiring broadcaster with the aim of creating radio, music and programs that provide connection and amazement. That is how the choice fell on Dolemite. A film that Akwasi wondered about in his youth and on which he gained new insights through the 2019 film Dolemite Is My Name.
