Newly restored version of the Dutch classic about resistance fighter Hannie Schaft (Renée Soutendijk), who joins a group carrying out attacks on collaborators.
Ben Verbong takes on the story of the young student from Haarlem Hannie Schaft (Renée Soutendijk), who during World War II breaks off her study of international law to put her ideals and sense of justice into practice; she joins the resistance. Hannie Schaft was caught and executed a month before the liberation of the Netherlands.
