Eye developed various traineeship programmes for starting film professionals: Film Restoration, Film Collection, and Programmers of the Future.

The traineeships for starting film restorers, film collection specialists and film programmers aim to build a bridge between theoretical, academic training and hands-on, daily practices in a film archive and cinema.
