Animation means bringing something to life which does not move, and that can be done in various ways. The best known is the cartoon - also known as 2D animation. With this type of animation, everything is flat and you don't see any depth. You do see depth in 3D animations. These animations are usually created with the computer, such as Toy Story. And real objects move in a stop-motion animation. That's what this Stop-motion workshop is all about.
Based on the three lessons (below) you make up a story, characters, build a movie set and add sound and music. And then - tadaaa - your own movie is ready.
