Individuals: information about ordering films

If you order a movie as an individual there are some restrictions: the film should not be shown publicly, as it is intended for private or home use. Home use does not include using the film for an association or for a select group of people.

You can order these films as DVDs or as files. We recommend that you opt for files, as these are of higher quality, and are also cheaper.The films will be delivered with a small Eye logo embedded in the upper-right corner, and will be preceded by an Eye leader. Files are sent digitally via WeTransfer, and DVDs are sent by post.

After you have contacted us with your request, you will be sent a brief agreement and an invoice. We will deliver the footage after the agreement has been signed, and the invoice has been paid. The delivery of the film will take about three weeks.
