About the traineeship

New generations of public, programmers and curators are growing up in a fundamentally different and constantly changing society. Equality and inclusion, the need for a different relationship with nature, and rapid innovations in the field of digital culture are a daily reality. To serve a new, more diverse generation of audiences, the cultural field also needs to change. Cultural institutions must adapt and innovate. Eye Filmmuseum has therefore launched Programmers of the Future, a traineeship for future programmers of cinema and moving image art with the support of Fonds 21 Extra.
