Alongside its public support programmes, Eye has a number of private circles for those who wish to commit personally to the film museum's mission. Ladies Eye is one such example: a network of women who work together in support of the lasting value of film and art.

Why Ladies Eye?

Three times a year, there are curated gatherings offering the opportunity for deeper engagement. These always take the building's current activities as their starting point; a preview of the forthcoming exhibition, an introduction to the film programme, or new educational projects, for example.

Two of these gatherings are exclusive dinners; the third offers a more in-depth session, accompanied by food and drink. Ladies Eye is a place where inspiration, affinity with the museum and the exchange of ideas come together.

Meaningful involvement

As a member of Ladies Eye, you are more than an observer. You become part of a valuable network and a driving force behind the museum's future. Membership is closely linked to the U&Eye Fund, through which you contribute directly to specific Eye activities, such as the preservation of unique film heritage, innovative education, and support for new (film) talent. Members of Ladies Eye are members who, out of passion and genuine engagement, want to have an impact on art and culture.
