In clear footage accompanied by wonderful sounds, three young filmmakers take you on an astounding journey to the wonderful world on ice, the snow-capped hills of the high north and a snowflake fluttering down over the African continent.
After the film it is time to play! Taste the delectable new installations, play with sounds from your living environment and draw with pips, pasta and beans. Use your nose to brew a cup of your own tea from great smelling herbs and spices. Did that make you hungry? If so, make your own onigiri with rice and seaweed. Come take a look, cook and play with your father, aunt, sister, granny, brother, uncle, friends, grandad or mother!

Is someone who looks different scary? At first sight, maybe. But, try looking again with fresh eyes! When a snowflake strays through the post into a warm country, a young boy dreams about the world where snow comes from.

Eye’s finest and most intimate film theatre is a great place for children aged 2 to 6 to experience their first cinema visit. Every Sunday morning, this film theatre opens especially for preschoolers and their (grand)parents, where children are treated to a film, followed by experiments with light and shadow in small play tents.
