Cineminimaxi: Proef!
Want to come and simmer in the kitchen and lap up the film? This short screening provides a look at various kitchens where people cook with pleasure and imagination.
After the film it is time to play! Taste the delectable new installations, play with sounds from your living environment and draw with pips, pasta and beans. Use your nose to brew a cup of your own tea from great smelling herbs and spices. Did that make you hungry? If so, make your own onigiri with rice and seaweed. Come take a look, cook and play with your father, aunt, sister, granny, brother, uncle, friends, grandad or mother!

Together, taste four animated films from Japan and France. What is real, and what is not? In this short show, these two things intermingle and melt beautifully into one. Just like in your imagination. Be amazed by the moon in a cake, a steaming plate of pasta, a headstrong cook, funny dishes and strange tales told in marvellous moving drawings.
For afters, come along and taste, test, play and create in the Cineminimaxi Landscape by Taartrovers.

Eye’s finest and most intimate film theatre is a great place for children aged 2 to 6 to experience their first cinema visit. Every Sunday morning, this film theatre opens especially for preschoolers and their (grand)parents, where children are treated to a film, followed by experiments with light and shadow in small play tents.
